On January 14, General Union members and staff gathered outside Yamaguchi Gakuen to share leaflets with the public about Yamaguchi Gakuen’s unjust pay cuts.

The General Union has been in negotiations with Yamaguchi Gakuen, and has filed 2 complaints with the Labour Commission in 2023 for negotiating in bad faith. Despite our member being on an unlimited term contract, Yamaguchi Gakuen refuses to return the classes they cut from our member.

Our members came out January 14 to show Yamaguchi Gakuen that the General Union won’t stand for such an  injustice. Share our story to support our member and show Yamaguchi Gakuen we won’t back down!
