As per the agreement between Josho Gakuen and the General Union, I consent to the institution deducting six months of union dues from my salary every May and November.
学校法人常翔学園とゼネラルユニオンの合意に基づき、私は、毎年5月および11月に、各6か月分のゼネラルユニオン組合費を、私の給与から控除することに同意します。

When there is a change to the deduction amount or a cancellation of the deduction, I will inform the General Union by the end of the month.
控除額変更や控除中止の場合、その実施開始月の前月末までに、本人からゼネラルユ
ニオンに通知することとします。
