英会話「ノヴァ」、外国人講師を社会保険に加入させず
大手英会話学校「ノヴァ」（統括本部・大阪市）が、外国人講師を法律で義務づけられている健康保険や厚生年金に加入させていないことが３日わかった。ノヴァは未加入者がいることを認めた上で「母国に帰る外国人は加入しても将来的に年金はもらえず、現制度には問題がある」などと主張しているが、社会保険庁は「現行の法律に違反しているなら問題」として調査する方針だ。外国人講師らが加盟する労働組合「ゼネラルユニオン」（大阪市）が同日、大阪市北区の大阪司法記者クラブで記者会見して明らかにした。
