Some people never learn

As GU members prepare for the first testimony in our first unfair labour practice case against NIS, a second unfair labour practice came up.

So, we sued them again on 17 October. Some people never learn and some employers seem to have unlimited resources to fight with a union. More news coming soon.

A little message to employers: we deal fairly with all employers and ask that you treat us and our members the same way. If you think that you can get away with committing unfair labour practices against us, then please remember, we will not go away until it is solved and you’ll spend a lot of time having to defend yourself for something that usually could have been done quickly and cooperatively.
