HOW TO READ THE TABLE
Every entry on the table displays the Company Name, the Number of Reviews that the company in question has received, the Average Rating that people have given that company (out of 5.0), and the average percentage of how likely someone is to Recommend [it] to a Friend (out of 100%).
Each entry in the table looks like this:

The first column contains the name of the company, and also acts as a link to that company’s Glassdoor page.
The numbers in [square brackets] denote the score(s) that the company had in February of 2018.
For example, the “3.8 [3.6]” shows that Aeon Corporation has an Average Rating of 3.8 as of September 2019, up from an Average Rating of 3.6 as of February 2018.
