In a clear attempt at intimidation, Gaba has been issuing warnings to members who distribute union materials during their unpaid breaks. Members have even received warnings for handing out invitations to union events like Christmas parties and the company has even gone as far as threatening to fire a member.
Enough is Enough. We will not allow this intimidation to continue. The issue will be settled at the bargaining table, or we will sue to protect our rights to organise.
