With Halloween coming up it seems a lot teachers in Japan should be careful. Even if your company, or school, doesn’t have specific rules, you might be better off not uploading student images to social media, no matter how cute the picture.

Parents may not like the idea of having pictures of their kids up on the internet and may complain to your employer or even cause you legal problems.

We don’t think risking your employment over a cute picture is worth it.
