On July 23, 2014, Minerva and the union signed a settlement agreement over the following points.

1.    Minerva will not refuse a request for collective bargaining from the General Union.

2.    Minerva will accept collective bargaining on August 4, 2014 in Osaka over the demands submitted on March 4, 2014.

3.    The union will withdraw the unfair labour practice case.
