These are our initial demands;
1. That the company provide a copy of the registered working rules in both English and Japanese at every school. These should be easily accessible to all employees.
2. Explain how the company (Peppy Kids Club) ensures that all eligible teachers, Japanese and foreign, are enrolled in unemployment insurance.
3. When teachers are required to go on overnight business trips, the company directly pays the hotel rather than teachers paying first and later being reimbursed.
