Exit Interviews The union has been contacted by several teachers expressing their concerns over workplace bullying and intimidation during exit interviews conducted by Kinki District Personnel. The union has conveyed these concerns to higher management. If you are planning to leave ECC mid-contract please contact the union. We strongly recommend that members know their rights and obligations before submitting a letter of resignation.

Branch Elections There is still time to nominate for a position on the ECC Branch Committee. The following positions are up for election: branch chair, branch treasurer/secretary, branch committee officer, branch delegate and alternate delegate.
