1. ECC recognizes special leave for full time instructors.

2. Leave will be approved for:
      a) Marriage ceremony of the teacher (7 calendar days)
      b) Attendance at funerals of the spouse, child, sibling or a parent of the teacher (at least 7 calendar days)

3. ECC guarantees that no teacher will be disadvantaged by taking the above special leave.
