We’re growing quickly, and without your knowledge and participation this growth will simply not continue. The union needs more shop floor activists to ensure that current members’ problems are dealt with and that our continued growth is felt in each and every workplace including yours.

How can we improve the connection between your workplace, your branch, and the union headquarters?
What training to activist need to be able to participate more in the day to day affairs of the union?
How can we deal with an increasingly national union in terms of participation and voting?
In the end, what can we do to achieve our goal of “Strengthening Branches/Strengthening the Union?
This will be the first set of discussions looking at changes in the structure and nature of our union and we encourage all branch leaders and activists and members to attend these small discussion groups.
