Why on draft? Overtime Pay and Rest Days

1. All employees are entitled to one set rest day per week. You cannot be forced to work on this day. If you chose to work on this rest day, you employer must pay you a premium rate of 135% of your normal wages. 2. If you work over 40 hours per week, or eight hours in a day, these extra hours must be paid at 125% of your normal wages. 3. If you work between 10:00PM and 5:00AM you must be paid at 125% of your normal rate. Remember: claims for unpaid wages stemming from overtime can be calculated for the last two years.
