Phase 2 of the investigation will begin shortly with Mr. Sugiyama, head of the Shakai Hoken Cho, travelling to Osaka to meet with General Union officials over the issue. This will be a chance for the union to put its case forward over schools based in the Kansai region. Sugiyama will also be in discussions with Nambu Tokyo shortly.
