
Despite a legally binding settlement agreement that was brokered by the Labor Commission, Geducation continues to negotiate in bad faith. The agreement states that working conditions of union members should not be less than when employed under the old Nova. G. Ed has broken the agreement by – 1. Still not taking all our other language teacher members back to work 2. Reducing the salary and working hours of some members 3. The 40,000 yen regularity allowance fine system 4. Reducing the overtime payment rates 5. Non-renewing our member at Higashi Umeda school.
