Some A type instructors will receive 3 special paid holidays to use but this will not cover all your days off – you will be forced to use paid annual leave or to take unpaid leave.

The rest of you have no other option than to use paid annual leave, or to take unpaid leave, along with a reduction in your regularity allowance.
