ECC has identified the problems at terminal schools, and with less experienced school directors. To avoid a re-occurrence of this year’s events, management will advise all schools on the procedures for assigning teachers to SIC classes. Lesson plans and materials will also be distributed to schools earlier. This should allow teachers more time to familiarize themselves with the lessons.
