Members at the Tennoji Station Plaza school, fed up with the lack of air circulation in a FTL room, expressed their concerns to the union. After investigating the situation, the union came to realize that not only instructors but also students had been complaining about the room for several years.

The union submitted a very simple grievance stating the facts and asking for a fan. ECC investigated, and agreed with the union’s point of view and have now installed a fan.
