Concerned about the limited information regarding emergency evacuation procedures at ECC, the union has continued to demand improvements. ECC management has taken the union’s demands very seriously and continues to negotiate with the union over ways to improve workplace health and safety. In the coming months, all ECC Foreign Language Institute classrooms in the Chubu and Kinki districts will have emergency evacuation maps.
