In the past, it was a common occurrence that instructors were given report cards, greeting cards and certificates to complete just as their shifts were ending resulting in forced unpaid overtime. The General Union submitted demands that ECC provide time during working hours to write KEW Assessment Reports, seasonal greeting cards, and completion certificates, or pay overtime for the duties performed.
