Commuting time to HQ. 3. Work outside regular scheduled hours. General Union’s Solutions 1. Conduct all training and meetings during scheduled working hours. 2. Pay for all training and meetings at the overtime rate stipulated in the instructor’s employment contract. 3. In order to reduce commuting times conduct training and meetings at main schools in each area. The General Union ECC Branch is set to submit the union’s solution as demands on Monday June 9.
