Shunto Agreement Signed: A new voice for ECC union members
The General Union ECC Branch has signed a new collective agreement giving union members another avenue of communication with ECC.

教職員の皆さんへ (1) ジオスは、賃金・退職金が未払いのまま倒産し、精算されます。これまでの遅配に加え、法的倒産申請以降も、自宅待機分【解雇や再雇用まで】の賃金や退職金は、未払賃金として、「未払賃金立替払制度」という公的ファンドにより、８割が支給されます（賞与は対象外です）。当初の「遅配分」は100％、法的倒産申請後からの「自宅待機分」は60％ですが、そのそれぞれの、80％支給となります【結果は80%と48％】 この立替払制度は、雇用保険に加入していない人も含めた、すべての人が対象です。
