WHY「組合活動で解雇、無効」英国人講師の訴え認める 大阪地裁判決
英会話学校「日米英語学院」（大阪市）で講師を務めていた英国男性（３６）が組合活動を理由に不当に解雇されたとして、同学院に地位確認と未払い賃金の支払いを求めた訴訟の判決が十日、大阪地裁であった。松尾嘉倫裁判官は「ストライキを理由にした解雇と大差なく不当労働行為。解雇は合理的な理由がなく、無効」として、原告側の請求を全面的に認めた。
